Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Journey Imprint. Please review our shipping terms so you understand how your order will be fulfilled.


1. Order Fulfillment

Most orders are shipped directly from our office within 3–5 business days.

We maintain our inventory and do our best to keep books in stock at all times.

 However, because our books are printed through IngramSpark, occasional delays may occur.


2. Inventory & Restocking Delays

We purchase books in bulk from IngramSpark.
If we temporarily run out of stock, your order may be delayed while we wait for our next shipment to arrive.

Typical restock timeline:

  • IngramSpark printing time: 3–10 business days (depending on format and volume)

  • Shipping from IngramSpark to us: 5–10 business days

  • Our processing time after restock: 3–5 business days

Important:

If you place an order while we are awaiting a restock, your order will ship as soon as new inventory arrives. Delays during this period are normal and outside of our control.

If a restock delay affects your order, we will notify you.


3. Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our office, delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: varies by location and customs processing

Shipping time begins after your order has been packed and handed to the carrier.


4. Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking.


You will receive an email once your package is on the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.


7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for shipping delays, restock delays, or buyer’s remorse.
